What You’ll Do
- Be the welcoming face of our school, managing front desk operations and assisting visitors.
- Provide vital administrative support to staff, including preparing documents and reports.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
- Assist in planning and coordinating exciting school events and activities.
- Tackle other administrative tasks with energy and enthusiasm.
What You’ll Need
- A high school diploma or equivalent (an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- 1-2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- A professional demeanor and commitment to our school’s Christian mission.
