What You’ll Do
- Champion Crestview’s vision and strategy, ensuring educational excellence.
- Inspire and mentor teachers to bring out the best in their teaching and leadership.
- Design and oversee engaging and inclusive curriculum programs.
- Create a loving, child-centered environment where every learner feels valued.
- Manage resources with wisdom and efficiency.
- Partner with parents and the community to make Crestview the school of choice.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: NQF 5 in Education; Bachelor’s degree and any relevant qualifications
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in education.
- Deep knowledge of curriculum, teaching strategies, and assessment.
- A heart for children and a commitment to our Christian mission.
